Located on the west side of the city, Horace Mann serves approximately 300 students each year.Mann Report Card Our student-centered school ranges from kindergarten through 5th grade.

We are proud to be a neighborhood school in a community with a strong commitment to education and collaboration. Just take a look at a number of items we have accomplished on our school report card to the right. Each and everyday Mann's staff members work to build strong relationships with our students and parents. Our focus continues to be what is best for our students. Our number one goal is to build a foundation for all students to become successful, life-long learners.

Additional COVID-19 Testing Opportunity

With the holiday season upon us, the Binghamton City School District is striving to make COVID-19 testing even more convenient and accessible for students and their families. In addition to the regular satellite testing that’s taking place in our buildings, BCSD students can be tested at the East and West middle school field houses on Wednesdays, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m., beginning on Wednesday, Dec. 2.

Due to the increase in positive cases over the past seven days at East Middle School, East Middle School will continue with remote learning after the Thanksgiving break until Friday, Dec. 11th. In-person/Hybrid instruction will resume on Monday, Dec. 14.

BHS Hosts 25th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner

This year due to COVID-19 the annual Binghamton High School Community Dinner will look a little different. This year 500 meals will be distributed for carry out only. Meals will be available for pick up on Nov. 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
