Located on the west side of the city, Horace Mann serves approximately 300 students each year. Our student-centered school ranges from kindergarten through 5th grade.

We are proud to be a neighborhood school in a community with a strong commitment to education and collaboration. Just take a look at a number of items we have accomplished here. Each and everyday Mann's staff members work to build strong relationships with our students and parents. Our focus continues to be what is best for our students. Our number one goal is to build a foundation for all students to become successful, life-long learners.

Summer construction projects revamp district

Major construction is underway across the Binghamton City School District as a part of what the district says is a roughly $28 million dollar renovation project. Assistant Superintendent Michael Holly says the project started this summer and will continue over the next two.
